pavers need at least 24 hours with no foot traffic and 48 hours before swimming and before vehicular traffic to give the sealer time to fully penetrate the paver. To minimize tire marks, vehicles should not make sudden stops or tight turns.

Spills can be easily washed off and will not soak into the sealed paver.

Efflorescence is not covered by this warranty, but is occasionally covered by the builder.
Before sealing, please remove all furniture, objects and vehicles off and out of the area that is to be sealed.

We use the latest technology and the utmost care in the treatment process. No claim is expressed or implied that we can totally remove all stains prior to application, we will do our best. Some stains can beset so deep into the pores that make total removal impossible without serious damage to the delicate patina of the bricks. Due to some chemicals being used to lift and remove the stains, the surrounding vegetation could be affected or may die. Results may vary. No claim is implied on how long the sealer will last (condition, quality and how well the pavers are maintained can effect durability). The sealer may be slippery in some cases, which we can not be liable for.
